This was the 1st S2000 homecoming. There was a massive turnout, over 400 S2000. I had did not have my car too long at this point. Right before this event I had my car in the sop to flare the fenders so they would fit the CE28 I just got. I was lucky and the shop kept their word and finished my car on time. I picked it up a day before this meet. At the time it was not fashionable to have really wide rims, I overheard people making fun of my car. Not long after this everyone was running really aggressive setups, especially the crew in San Diego. After this meet up I started going to tons of s2k meetups and met tons of great people, a few of which I'm still good friends with today over 10 years later.
